Thanks and updates

Thanks to everyone who picked up a free copy of ‘Michelin’ over the weekend (and the person who bought a copy of ‘The Story of Furniture Anderson.’)

I received the feedback from the person I am ghostwriting for and I have more work to do on that which I will be starting early next week.  I have also been burrowing away at a sequel to ‘Michelin’ and I hope to have this available during the summer sometime.  It takes up  two years after Michelin leaves off and sees Mitch Uncle Boney as the star of a reality TV series.

I am still reading ‘Sugar Street’ but should finish it in the next few days.  I am still impressed and immersed in its world.  I listened to ‘The Book Thief’ while commuting this last week and it was ok.  I am now listening to ‘The History of the World in 10 1/2 Chapters’ by Julian Barnes and as always with his books I am enjoying it.

End of the week catchup

Hi all, my novella ‘Michelin’ will be free this weekend, click on the link for your local Amazon store for a copy http://bookgoodies.com/a/B00E4QVH62.

I am currently reading the third part of Naguib Mahfouz’s Cairo Trilogy ‘Sugar Street’ and it is as good as the previous two novels. Recorded the first of a 2 part interview with Philip Roth on tuesday and hope to get a look at that soon.

I also just finished the first draft of an Urban Fantasy Novella that I am ghostwriting.  This will give me a few days to think about my own next book and continue on with that in my free seconds.
